So I compiled a list of the best perfume batches from the Litbuy spreadsheet. My top recommendation is Valentino’s Dream of Rome for €27. This is the best batch I’ve ever bought. When I spray it on, the scent layers are so distinct: the top notes have a cool, mineral-like freshness with a hint of ginger’s spiciness; the middle notes feature the clean, crisp scent of violet; and the base notes bring a touch of vetiver’s grounding depth. It’s practically tailor-made for me. There’s absolutely none of that cheap, alcohol-y smell or one-dimensional scent you get from low-quality perfumes. The longevity doesn’t quite match the authentic version’s 8 hours—it lasts about 5 hours. So I really recommend it.
