How Long Can My Items Stay in the LITBUY Warehouse?
Listen up, your items (purchased or forwarded) can be stored in the LITBUY warehouse for a maximum of 120 days from the date they are checked in. To keep things moving and make sure there’s enough room for everyone’s hauls, any item sitting past the 90-day mark will start racking up daily fees. 🙄
The 90-Day Free Storage Rule
- Duration: Every item (order IDs starting with “K”) gets 90 calendar days of free storage.
- Deadline: The free period officially ends at 23:59:59 on the 90th day.
- Alerts: Don’t worry, Litbuy isn’t trying to ghost you. They’ll send app notifications and emails at:
- 7 days before expiry
- 3 days before expiry
- On the expiry day
How the Overdue Fees Hit Your Wallet
If you hit Day 91, the “meter” starts running. These fees are calculated daily and settled in CNY (RMB). 💸
The Golden Rules of Billing:
- Daily Fee Formula:
Actual Paid Price of Item × 0.2% - Minimum Charge: ¥1 CNY per item/day. (If the math says ¥0.8, you still pay ¥1. It’s the law of the warehouse!)
- Monthly Cap: The total overdue fee per item will not exceed ¥300 CNY per month.
Example Calculation Table (Don’t Get Caught Slacking):

The “Abandonment” Policy (Read This Twice!)
This is where it gets real. LITBUY is responsible for your goods, but they aren’t miracle workers—perishable items with short shelf lives aren’t covered. 😱
Your items will be DISPOSED OF (Abandoned) without notice if:
- Your overdue fees have hit the monthly cap.
- Fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
- No shipping application has been submitted.Basically, if you go MIA for a month while owing money, consider your haul gone. Stay on top of your bills! 💪
The “Mystery Box” Rule (Abnormal Parcels)
If a parcel arrives with incomplete info and can’t be matched to a user:
- Storage Limit: Only 30 Days.
- No Alerts: Since they don’t know who you are, they can’t message you.
- Result: After 30 days, the item is destroyed. Make sure your tracking info is 100% accurate!
How to Check and Pay Up
Hop into the App or Website under [My Warehouse] or [Order Details] to see:
- Overdue days
- Daily fee rate
- Total accumulated cost
Pro Tip: Once you create a shipping order, the fee counter stops for that day. However, any fees generated before that day still need to be cleared before your package flies out. 🚀

- Declare Honestly: Fees are based on the actual price paid or declared value. Don’t play games here, or it might mess up your rights later.
