Overall, the black-and-white color scheme looks really clean—a white T-shirt paired with black shorts is a classic combo that needs no explanation. This length is just right when you’re seated; it’s not too short to reveal too much, nor too long to bunch up in a wrinkled mess behind your knees. The fabric around the thighs isn’t too tight either; Bape has left plenty of room here, so those with thicker thighs can rest easy. The pocket placement is also well-thought-out—when you sit down, slipping your hands into your pockets feels natural, and the pockets never feel too far forward or too far back. The small Bape logo tag at the hem peeks out just a little when you’re sitting—a perfect, subtle detail 💯. And the natural wrinkles in the hem of the top when you sit down show that the fabric has some weight to it; otherwise, it wouldn’t have that kind of drape. I wore this set all day—from the office to the subway to a hot pot restaurant—and the comfort was spot-on. I never felt the urge to rush home and change out of these pants.
